$95 Annual Fee

95/5 Splits on Referral Commissions (only 5% to Agent to Agent Referral Realty – you keep 95%)

How it Works

Transfer your valid Georgia Real Estate license to Agent to Agent Referral Realty. Then, as an active GA real estate licensee, you are able to refer clients to another active real estate agent – anywhere in the country! The referral fee is negotiated between you and the agent you select. (You can refer them directly or we can help you find an agent.)  You will then complete a GAR Referral Agreement (Broker to Broker) and fax/email a completed, signed copy to Agent to Agent Referral Realty. That’s it!

Here is an example:

A typical referral fee is 25% of the selling/listing broker’s commission. Based on a sales price of $300,000, you would receive $2137.50! The breakdown:

Sales price:$        300,000
Commission (1 side) @ 3%:$            9,000
Referral Fee @25%:$            2,250
In your pocket @ 95%:$            2,138

Not bad for one quick phone call, don’t you agree?!

Important notes:

You must make sure you maintain your active GA Real Estate License and take any required continuing education classes in order to keep it active. There are a number of free CE courses available throughout the year and we will keep you informed of them as they are available. You are also responsible for paying your renewal fees to the Georgia Real Estate Commission on your license renewal date.

It is important to note that you cannot participate in any Real Estate activities except referring clients to other Licensees and receiving referral fees.  If at any time you want to change  your license from the “parked” status so that you can actively work a client (or buy/sell a home for yourself), your license can easily and quickly be transferred to our sister company – DK Atlanta & Associates – or to any licensed Georgia Real Estate Company.
