What to do next:

ACTIVE LICENSEE:

If you currently hold an “Active” Georgia Real Estate License, contact your present broker and request your license to be released on-line or send them the Georgia Real Estate Change Application completed by you and have your broker complete Section E, Part A. (This is the only form that must be signed by your present broker.) Then, fax or email a copy of the form to Agent to Agent Referral Realty.  Be sure to include the best number to contact you.

INACTIVE LICENSEE:

If your GA real estate license is inactive, but not lapsed, download the GREC Change Application form from the GREC Website (www.grec.state.ga.us), complete and fax or email to Agent to Agent Referral Realty. Be sure to include the best number to contact you.

INACTIVE LICENSEE, LAPSED STATUS:

If your license is inactive and lapsed, you will need to contact the GREC on how to proceed before transferring to Agent to Agent Referral Realty.

NEW LICENSEE, NOT YET AFFILIATED:

Complete the Sponsoring Broker Form and fax or email to Agent to Agent Referral Realty to sign.  Be sure to include the best number to contact you.
